Start a ConversationOur founder, Roberto Cerletti, started in music as a performer, music directing for numerous artists and spent years on tours and stages across the world. Along the way, he realized he was more fascinated by the architecture behind an artist's success than the spotlight itself. He wanted to understand why some artists break through while equally talented ones stay invisible. That question pulled him into management.
